“Hello” is a fun love song written by Jonathan Edwards and is from their upcoming second album for (615) Hideaway Records title HELLO scheduled for a Spring release.
“Hello” has a hard-drivin’ bluegrass arrangement built on Edwards strong lyrical and melodic foundation. This new barn-burner song from North Carolina’s Nick Chandler and Delivered does just that, delivering powerfully blended harmonies with non-stop up-tempo excitement that will rattle the rafters and put a smile on your face.
“I have always been drawn to songs written by Jonathan Edwards and after hearing this tune I knew it would be perfect for us. I love the lyrics and I knew that Gary and I could sing harmony through the whole song to really make it pop. We are putting a lot of thought and care into this new album and we thought it would be appropriate to name the whole project “Hello”. Not just because it’s the name of the first single but because it’s a Hello from all of us. This being our third album we hope that our music will be introduced to more and more folks. We sure hope that everyone enjoys “Hello” as much as we enjoyed recording it” – Nick Chandler
Produced by Nick Chandler the new single “Hello” contains performances by Nick Chandler (lead vocals, mandolin); Gary Trivette (lead vocals, bass) Will Eller (banjo) and Hudson Bosworth (Baritone vocals, guitar).
“Hello” is the first single release from the upcoming album HELLO. Their debut album INSIDE THE LINES on (615) Hideaway Records yielded two Top 10 hit singles on the Bluegrass Today Weekly Airplay Chart with “Big Bill Johnson” reaching #3, and Top 15 on Roots Music Report – Bluegrass Chart with the single “Two Timer” reaching Top 10 and spent 10 weeks on the Roots Music Report – Bluegrass Chart.
